An initial payment is required consisting of a €50 security deposit. Parents should give one months notice before leaving or the security deposit will be lost.

In the interest of security all fee must be paid by direct debit on the 1st day of each month.

Fees must be paid each month to ensure your child's place in the class even in the event of absence due to sickness or holidays.

The Montessori environment does not provide baby changing facilities so all children are expected to be toilet trained.

Children are not insured to be on the premises before or after class. We would ask all our parents to be punctual in the dropping and collecting of their children.

Please provide a spare set of clothes for your child to be kept in their bag. This should include spare underwear, top, trousers and socks.

Children should bring a small snack each day including fruit, yoghurt/cheese and a drink.

Toys are not permitted, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or broken items.

On your child's birthday, parents can send in a birthday cake and small treats for a party. If you would like to send in a camera, we would be happy to take photographs.

Fees will be reviewed each September for the following term.

Children suspected of having a contagious illness must be kept at home for the appropriate amount of time.

Any medication to be administered must be accompanied by an appropriate form, signed by the parents. We will provide Health Board approved forms for this purpose.

Any accidents or injuries will be recorded in an accident report book. Parents will be asked to sign the report in the event of an injury.

Monthly progress reports will be provided for each child. If you have any queries regarding your child's development please do not hesitate to discuss the matters with our Directors.

Early Learners Montessori will open throughout the year except Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas Holidays.
